Toscana Rosso Soffocone di Vincigliata is made from the vineyards located in the municipality of Fiesole, in the hills overlooking Florence.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, and then the wine is aged in barriques for 15 months, before being bottled.
The wine is characterized by an intense ruby-red color, with elegant aromas of berries, enriched with pleasant spicy notes of cocoa. On the palate it is pleasantly soft and round, with balanced tannins.
