Winery: Our ZERO BRUT contains no sugar and thus lets express the finesse and natural minerality of the great wines of the Côte des Blancs. The dress is fresh and crystalline. The nose develops lively aromas of lemon mixed with notes of ripe fruit, green apple, even tangy candy. On the palate, the attack is lively, the finesse of the “extra brut” Chardonnay is fully expressed. Lovers of “natural” Champagne will find freshness and summer scents. It will go perfectly with sushi or a seafood platter
17, Jancis Robinson:
"The Fannière family own four hectares of vineyards in the Côtes des Blancs region spread across four grand cru villages of Avize, Oiry, Oger and Cramant with vines aged between 30 and 60 years old. Denis Varnier, the current vigneron, uses traditional methods to make these champagnes including the use of the Coquard basket press. 100% Chardonnay, 0 g/l dosage. Very dense on the nose. This could be a good start for someone who wants to discover a bone-dry champagne. Lively and reverberant. Very firm and interesting.
