100% Cabernet Franc from a 2.3ha parcel of 20 year old vines grown in aeolian sand on flint clay soils.
Hand harvested mid October 2016. Sorted and de-stemmed, fermented with native yeasts, gentle extraction.
Aged in concrete tanks for 8 months and bottled unfiltered.
