Hidden in his small Burgundy vineyard where vines can barely be distinguished from flowers and wildgrass, Jean-Jacques Morel vinifies tiny quantities of incredible wines. The main reason why he can’t really make much more wine than he does is because making natural wines of this quality remains an incredibly long and difficult process. Jean-Jacques Morel is a wine craftsman, his job revolves around adjusting all of the parameters which will allow his wines to reach their purest expression. His incredible attention to detail allows him to create completely organic wines.
