Claire Naudin inherited the domaine since 1994 and has been carrying out winemaking as natural as possible, avoiding chemicals, with the use of natural yeasts only.
Made of Chardonnay from vines around 36 years old, grown at the En Daisey and Bully vineyard sites, facing south, grapes are pressed in whole bunch and matured on less for 14 months.
An expressive nose of citron fruit, raisins, hazelnut, and chamomile... The palate is balanced, smooth, blending freshness and volume. A very lovely cuvée, crafted for food pairings. We recommend you to open around 1 hour before serving.
Clare produces “natural” Burgundy wine like her husband Jean-Yves Bizot (Domaine Bizot).
