Serragghia, Fanino 2020 (Gabrio Bini)

Fanino is the perfect marriage of earth and sea, a red wine born out of the union between the tannic Sicilian Pignatello grape and the minerally charged and briny Catarratto.


Co-fermented in amphora with their wild indigenous yeasts, the grapes then rest for 7-12 months of elevage before being bottled with no fining, filtration or added SO2. Oceanic screams of untold elegance meet bass rumblings of the deepest earth:.
