Payment
All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars.
Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we have not received payment within 7 days of the due date.
Acceptance of orders is subject to our sole discretion. A final invoice will be issued to you when goods are delivered to your address.

Shipment
Free delivery is provided for any single order above $1,000 or 6 bottles within Hong Kong. For orders below $1,000 or 6 bottles, $90 delivery fee will be charged per order.
In normal circumstances, delivery will be arranged in 3-5 working days once the order is confirmed.
We deliver to most addresses in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories; in case our logistic agent cannot deliver to your shipping address, we will notify you as soon as possible with alternatives or extra charges to be discussed. In case the delivery address is not reachable by a lift, HKD 10 per case per floor is applicable.
Delivery to Macau is available with a flat delivery fee depending on the number of bottles (ranging of $200-$300) and will be delivered within 1 week once the order is confirmed.
International shipping rates are quoted door to door, but does not include any local import duty or taxes that may or may not be payable in the chosen country of delivery. The Customer should verify whether any taxes or duties may be payable prior to placing the orders. No cancellations or returns will be accepted.
Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims for the reason of damages (if any) must be communicated immediately to us with proof. Claim is subject to our sole discretion.
