The Ganevat ‘La Flandre’ Chardonnay is made from vines in clay-limestone soil. The grapes are harvested fully ripe, then pressed directly.After fermentation the wine is aged ‘ouillee’ (non-oxidative) for 2 years on its lees. The wine is bottled unfiltered with no sulphur added.
100% Chardonnay from clay/limestone soil, aged in large wooden vats for two years. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without the addition of SO2. On the palate, confit lemon, exotic fruits and soft spices.
