The Cleobuline is made of 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay, Very lightly toasted nose. Fine bubbles reveal a vinous substance, with a very slight bitterness on the finish. A lovely gastronomy wine.This Champagne is ideal to accompany both aperitifs, fish and crustacean dishes or a terrine de brochet.
