Florence is a blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cinsault and a hint of Viognier.
Color: dark, expressive, complex and subtle nose of black fruits, liquorice and humus
On the palate: power and elegance, tannins of extreme finesse, freshness, long and rich finish on the aromas of the nose. A wine made of lace!
Manual harvest, sorting bay by bay and reintegration of Cinsault roundups. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Vatting for 40 days in half open muids punctuated by a few punching downs at the start of fermentation. Unfined and unfiltered. 1,663 bottles produced.
