Argile Blanc is made from the western exposed Coteaux de St Pierre vineyard. Varieties include Jacquere 40%, Chardonnay 40%, Mondeuse Blanche 20%. Élevage spends 9 months in stainless steel vats.
 
It's a white wine of pleasure, with fruit, freshness and minerality. This wine has a guard of 5 years and will work wonders on a fish and many cheeses. Perfect also as an aperitif.
 
All wines are bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulphur additions.
