Wild black-skinned berry, fragrant blue flower, cake spice and earthy whiffs of tilled soil and leather form the nose. Juicy and delicious, the smooth, full-bodied palate doles out layers of succulent black cherry, ripe plum, cinnamon and star offset with taut refined tannins, while fresh acidity lends tension. It's a fantastic Rosso, already accessible but will also offer good midterm aging. Drink through 2024.
