Artisanal is the word we use to describe the brut nature and ultra low-dosage champagnes from Charles Dufour. Despite his young age (born after 1980), Charles Dufour has been crafting some of the most unique and through-provoking wines from the region.

With organic and biodynamic viticulture along with great winemaking skills, Dufour's champagnes are voluptuous, structural, and flavoursome. All of these characteristics are not what usual veteran champagne drinkers would associate with brut nature champagnes.
